Leland on Outcast Series Float Tubes:
Float tube, belly boat or v-boat? Whatever you want to call them, today’s float tubes are a far cry from the homemade truck inner-tube with a web seat. Amongst today’s float tube designers, we feel that Outcast Sporting Gear represents the strongest line of float tubes and pontoon boats. Cutting-edge design and large diameter, yet lightweight air cells make Outcast float tubes the cream of the crop. Why V-design? Think about any boat design; a blunt bow pushes water, a V-bow cuts through the water. The V-design makes for a faster and more maneuverable boat. Larger air cells float higher and support more weight, while keeping you warmer and dryer. These features allow your legs to kick straight out from the knees, making maneuverability and movement smoother, with less effort.
