Outcast pontoons and rafts are equipped with the following features:
1. AIREcell Tube - 14-mil clear urethane is thermo-welded for an
airtight finish and long life. All Outcast Sporting Gear boats are
tested at the factory to ensure there is no air loss for 48 hours after
inflation.
2. Outer Shell - PVC-Coated outer-shell material constructed with a
heavy-duty polyester base fabric covers all AIREcells and floors to
produce a boat that is 100 percent wrapped.
3. Double Zippers - Full-length zippers are used for easy bladder
installation, removal or repair. Our zippers are rated at 10 times the
force exerted by the recommended inflation pressure.
4. AIREcell Floors - I-beam, air mattress-type chambers are made with
400-denier nylon fabric with an 8-mil urethane coating strength,
stability and superior air-holding ability. Outcast Sporting Gear's
self-bailing floors drain water in less than 5 seconds, faster than any
other boats on the market.
5. High-quality one-way valves are totally reliable. Protective caps
attach securely onto the valve to eliminate debris and accidental
inflation.
