Cloudveil Waders

Cloudveil entered the outdoor clothing industry with a fairly straightforward mission: to prove, through cutting edge design of practical and functional garments, that waterproofness and
comfort can go hand in hand. When founders Stephan Sullivan and Brian Cousins came across Schoeller, a warm, waterproof, stretchable, and breathable soft shell material, they knew they were onto something. They quickly made gains in the skiing and climbing markets with their gear's superior performance, comfort, and elegant, understated style.
Fly fishermen have long sought a material that affords freedom of movement while repelling water, so when Cloudveil entered the fly fishing market several years back, they quickly became one of our favorite companies. Based in Jackon Hole, Wyoming, the designers at Cloudveil are smack-dab in the middle of one of America's greatest trout fishing and outdoor playgrounds, which allows them to test each and every new piece of gear right out the door. With such a broad range of outdoor experience, and a knack for innovation, we're positive that Cloudveil's products will impress you as much as they have us.
